PROCEEDINGS. - The State, acting on behalf of an alleged but uncertified class, sued Nagle under the Consumer Sales Practices Act. The district court granted judgment to the State, then the State assigned the judgment to Workman "as class representative." Notice was never given to the members of a class, nor were the defendants notified of entry of the judgment. Nagle moved to set the judgment aside, and the district court denied her motion.
